BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND BY CLICKING ON THE APPROPRIATE START BUTTON, AND OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING PINPOINTAPPOINTMENT.COM OR THE PINPOINTAPPOINTMENT MOBILE APPLICATION AND OR SERVICES, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY.
We collect information about you in a range of forms, including personal data. As used in this Policy, “personal data” is as defined to include any information which, either alone or in combination with other information we process about you, identifies you as an individual, including, for example, your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
Like most websites and mobile app operators, PPNT collects identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PPNT’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PinPointAppointment.com’s users use its website. From time to time, PPNT may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
PPNT also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. GPS location(s), Image(s) of you PPNT only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
We will only process this personally identifying information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you are registering with us, you will be asked to tick to agree to provide this information in order to access our Service. This consent provides us with the legal basis we require under applicable law to process your data. You maintain the right to withdraw such consent at any time. If you do not agree to our use of your personal data in line with this Policy, please do not use Pinointappointment.Com or the PinPointAppointment Mobile Application or Services.
We collect information about you in the following ways:

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
a) Usage Information: When you send or receive messages via our Services, we collect information about these messages, including the time, date, sender and recipient. We also collect information about the number of messages sent and received between you and your friends and which friends you exchange messages with most frequently.
b) Log Information: We log information about your use of our website/App, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the app/ website you visited before navigating to our website/app.
c) Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifier, phone number, International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI") and mobile network information.
d) Location Information: When you agree to this policy, we will collect information about the location of your device to facilitate your use of certain features of our Services, and for any other purposes.
e) Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect and store information, and this may include sending cookies to you. A "cookie" is a small data file transferred to your computer’s hard drive that allows an app/ website to respond to you as an individual, gathering and remembering information about your preferences in order to tailor its operation to your needs, likes and dislikes. Overall, cookies are safe, as they only identify your computer to customize your website/app experience. Accepting a cookie does not provide us access to your computer or any Personally Identifiable Information about you, other than the information you choose to share. Other servers cannot read them, nor can they be used to deliver a virus. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually adjust yours (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome) to notify you of cookie placement requests, refuse certain cookies, or decline cookies completely. To support the personalized features of our website/app (such as your country and language codes and browsing functions) we must send a cookie to your computer’s hard drive and/or use cookie-based authentication to identify you as a registered website/app user. We do not, however, use so-called "surveillance" cookies that track your activity elsewhere on the Web. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as "tracking pixels").
We use the personal information we collect to fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
By providing us your e-mail address, you consent to us using the e-mail address to send you our website/app and services related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send notifications of activity on our website/app to the e-mail address you give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your e-mail address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to our features, or other information. If you do not want to receive optional e-mail messages, you may modify your settings to opt out.
Our settings may also allow you to adjust your communications preferences. If you do not wish to receive promotional email messages from us, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. If you opt out, you will still receive non-promotional emails from us about your account and our Services.
All messages you record or send using our services will be stored on our server and will be downloaded to a temporary cache on the recipient’s device for playback. When a sender of a message marks a message for deletion, that message will no longer be available to recipients via our website/app server, but it may still be accessible in the temporary caches of recipients who have already received the message. Messages marked for deletion will not be deleted immediately from our server, but will instead be deleted upon the next deletion event, which will be scheduled on a periodic basis.
We do not, as a matter of course, access or monitor messages recorded or sent using our service. However, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to access, review, and/or monitor the content you record or send using our website/application/app, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all, and we reserve the right to remove any such content or messages in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if we believe such action is necessary (a) to conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce this policy, to take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our website/app; or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the website/app, our users, or others.
We will not share the personal information we collect about you with any third party for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your data with our services providers who process your personal information to provide services to us or on our behalf. We have contracts with our service providers that prohibit them from sharing the information about you that they collect or that we provide to them with anyone else, or using it for other purposes.
We will disclose your personally identifiable information, including your location and information inputted about you or to the person[s] using your device. Your location is tracked and stored on our servers and this information will be shared with the user of the registered device.
When you accept an invitation from a realtor or any other user who has installed and or signed up for paid services you agree to the following:
i. The information you enter will be stored on the Pin Point Appointment servers and will be shared with that user or law enforcement officials in the case that law enforcement presents a subpoena or other valid request for such information.
ii. You agree to be tracked by others. Your location and other identifiable information will be shared with any other user who has downloaded, installed or signed up for the PinPoint Appointment service/website/application/app and sent you a friend or client request from the PinPoint Appointment system. As a client your location information will be shared from the time of, but not limited to 1 hour before until 12 hours after your meeting with the user or until you turn off the Pin Point application by logging out. If you are registered as a friend to another user, you agree that your location and other identifiable information will be shared between/with the user/friend and theirs with you at all times. Your sole remedy to not being tracked is to log out or delete the application/app. You also agree that all information regarding your identity, appointments, personal information collected, provided and location and panic locations(s) will be collected/stored in the PinPoint Appointment server/database and system.
iii. When you press 'Start' to sign in to the Open House Point/Registry. This sign in procedure includes taking a picture of you. You agree to allow this picture to be taken and this picture will be stored on the Pin Point Appointment server. You also agree that it may be shared by, with, or retained by the user or shared with any law enforcement investigation, or under a subpoena or other lawful request. You also agree to share your identifiable information including your name, email address, phone number, tracking information, or any other identifiable information you have inputted, shared into or transmitted by using the Pin Point Appointment Application, mobile device, tablet, iPad and system.
WE CAN (AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO) DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, ANY LAWSUIT OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY THAT WE, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, BELIEVE NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE IN CONNECTION WITH AN INVESTIGATION OF FRAUD, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS ILLEGAL OR MAY EXPOSE US, OR YOU, TO LIABILITY.
PinPointAppointment discloses personally-identifying information to its employees, contractors, or agents that (a) need to know the information in order to process it on PinPoint Appointment's behalf or to provide services to PinPoint Appointment, and (b) have agreed not to disclose the information to others. By using PinPoint Appointment you consent to transfer such information to them.
If you provide an email address to PinPointAppointment, we may send you an email from time to time to inform you of new features, solicit your feedback, or keep you up to date with happenings of the PinPoint Appointment application.
If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. PinPoint Appointment takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for. For example, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services; and after that, we will keep the personal information for a reasonable period of time, which enables us to handle or respond to any complaints, queries or concerns relating to your account.
The length of your subscription to PPNT service shall be equal to one calendar year. A subscription period starts on the particular day of the month that your account is created and ends one calendar month later e.g. 2nd August – 1st September. The price of the subscription for this period will be $19.99. All fees shall be payable in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable. You agree to pay the fees and any other charges (including any applicable taxes) for the annual subscription. If we change the fees for all or part of the Service, including by adding fees or charges, we will provide you advance notice of those changes. If you do not accept the changes, PPNT may discontinue providing the applicable part of the Service to you.
Unless auto renew is turned off 24 hours before end of current period, Subscription Periods automatically renews from one year to the next. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. If you choose to suspend or terminate your account for any reason and it is reinstated at a later date, Subscription Period will start from the particular day of the month that your account is reinstated. No cancellation is allowed during active subscription period. No free trial period is offered and any money paid will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
PPNT is committed to making all rates and charges visible and predictable to you. You acknowledge and accept however, that PPNT may change the charges associated with your use of the PPNT Services and that, dependent on your mobile service plan, your mobile network service provider may charge you additional fees for the use of the PPNT Services.
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We make every effort in safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. In the event you detect suspicious activity on your account in any way, please notify us immediately.
By using this technology/website/application/app or the Services or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of this website/app or Services.
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured wi-fi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If we learn of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property. However, nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.
For California Residents: Certain parts of our Site require cookies. You are free to set your browser or operating system settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Site or take full advantage of all of our offerings. Please refer to your Web browser’s or operating system’s website or “Help” section for more information on how to delete and/or disable your browser or operating system from receiving cookies or controlling your tracking preferences.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are residents of the State of California in the United States to annually request and obtain, at no charge, information about the personal information (if any) We have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. This information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which We shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. The following provision applies if the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the particular transaction and if you are a data subject, as defined by the GDPR, within the European Economic Area. PinPointAppointment is based in the United States and any personal data collected from its Website/Apps will be transferred and processed within the U.S. If you do not agree to this, do not provide us with personal data.

Sensitive personal information:PinPointAppointment does not knowingly or intentionally collect what is commonly referred to as ‘sensitive personal information’, as defined by the GDPR. Please do not submit sensitive personal information about you to us.
